Membership ManagementKGL’s Membership Management services plays a role in engaging with new members and overseeing renewal campaigns. All member engagement activities are performed with white-labeled customer service and membership database. Depending on your needs, Association Managers report on our activities and lend support in member outreach by sending group email communications and facilitating member surveys and leadership elections.

Subscription ManagementSubscription Management support can be performed as part of membership management or as a stand-alone service. KGL will provide a branded ecommerce site to facilitate subscription purchases and customer service associates to respond to inquiries and claims. KGL will compile subscriber data to generate mailing and online access control lists.

Our service can provide hosting for virtual meetings and educational webinars as well. The meeting manager can also work with the sales team to sell and coordinate event sponsorships and vendor exhibitors.

Sales and Marketing

The Marketing group develops and implements lapsed and new member campaigns and social media content. The team also creates your marketing materials, rebranding initiatives, and publication design.

Financial ManagementKGL Association Management offers several levels of financial and bookkeeping support for your organization including the following: account reconciliation and reporting, issuing and receiving payments, and budgeting assistance. At your direction, we also work with a CPA firm to perform audits, financial reviews, and to coordinate Form 990 completion.
