Glen Allen, VA—November 5, 2025—KnowledgeWorks Global Ltd. (KGL) is pleased to announce the appointment of Jennifer Deyton as Senior Director, Partnerships and Growth, responsible for driving strategic collaborations, sales initiatives, and business expansion across KGL’s global portfolio of editorial, peer review, research integrity, and content services.
Deyton is an accomplished publishing executive and entrepreneur with more than 25 years of experience in scholarly communications. She is one of the original founders of J&J Editorial, which was successfully acquired by Wiley Partner Solutions in 2020. As the Group Vice President at Wiley Partner Solutions, she led the integration of teams, successfully managed a P&L, and developed innovative bundled service offerings for publishing clients globally.
At KGL, Deyton will lead global growth initiatives, cultivate partnerships with publishers, societies, and research organizations, and collaborate closely with the Editorial, Consulting, and Content divisions to deliver transformative client solutions.
Deyton brings her deep industry insight from J&J Editorial to join other industry pioneers who have built KGL Editorial over the past several years, including Cara Rivera and Alexandra Kahler of Kaufman Wills Fusting and Company, and Kristen Overstreet of Origin Editorial. Uniting the founders and experts of three leading independent peer review companies strengthens KGL’s role as a trusted partner in scholarly communications.
Adrian Stanley, Chief Business Development Officer, KGL commented:
“Jennifer’s entrepreneurial background and strategic leadership in both independent and corporate environments make her a fantastic addition to the KGL team. Her experience in building trusted client relationships and driving growth aligns perfectly with KGL’s mission to empower and support publishers and societies globally.”
Cara Rivera, VP, Consulting and Market Analysis at KGL, added:
“Jenn’s addition to our talented team brings together the founders of KWF, Origin, and J&J under one roof—an extraordinary convergence of experience and vision that defines KGL Editorial’s leadership in helping our customers navigate change while staying true to the values that sustain trust in scholarly enterprise.”
Jennifer Deyton remarked:
“I’m excited to join KGL at such a pivotal time for scholarly publishing. Having worked across the full editorial life cycle, I’m passionate about helping organizations maintain editorial independence and achieve their goals through collaborative data-driven sustainable solutions. I look forward to building on KGL’s strong foundation and contributing to its continued growth.”
